Letter of Direction for Use of ZuluTrade Ltd. Auto Service.

1. I, the client of InstaForex, do hereby agree and acknowledge that my InstaForex account(s) (further referred to as the “Account”) that subscribes to the ZuluTrade Ltd. Auto Service (further referred to as the “Service”) will be charged a Software Transmission Fee (further referred to as the “STF”), which is equal to 1 (one) pip for each round turn trade executed on the Account(s) in the form of marked-up spread.
2. I hereby authorize InstaForex to automatically deduct the STF for each round turn trade from my Account(s) for as long as I use the Service.
3. I further acknowledge that Zulu Trade Ltd. Auto Service is an execution service only and that InstaForex has made no representation regarding the potential profitability of the systems (further referred to as the “Systems”) made available through the Service.
4. I am also fully aware of the risk of loss involved in trading on the foreign exchange market. I further acknowledge and agree that InstaForex shall execute the signals generated by the System as delivered to InstaForex and that InstaForex shall have no liability for any losses to my Account and no responsibility whatsoever for advising me of any changes, alterations, enhancements, or optimizations made to the System that I have selected.
5. I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to keep myself informed of any activity in my Account and the updated status of the System I select for inclusion in the service.
6. InstaForex shall not be responsible for any loss in the Account caused by mechanical, software, or communication line failure or system errors, or any other cause beyond its immediate control.
7. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless and not liable InstaForex, its principals, agents, directors, shareholders, and employees for any losses and/or other liability (including, but not limited to: reasonable attorney’s/accountant’s fees) I might experience as a result of using the Service.
